Beef Tips and Gravy

Super easy and way yummy!!

3 lbs. stew beef, cubed
15 oz can tomato sauce
2 c. water
1.35 pkg. onion soup mix
1.3 C. instant tapioca, uncooked
1 to 2 t. beef boullion granuales
cooked egg noodles

Place beef in a slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients except noodles;poor over beef. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours, or on high setting for 5 to 6 hours. Serve over cooked noodles.

looks and sounds yummy, I'm going to have to give it a try. Suprised to see Tapioca pudding as one of the ingredients. I haven't seen that in a meal before. I bet it's good.
